Sisterly Style





Hello fashionistas! Long time no post. I have been so busy since the new school semester has begun and I have not had much time to do a post. Since I haven't posted in quite a while, I wanted to do something a little different from my usual posts. My friends and I love to coordinate our outfits with each other because it's fun to come up with creative ways to do it and we get to play dress up! This post will be featuring my beautiful best friend, Imaan who has been my friend since high school. We both love a classy and sophisticated style so that is what we decided to wear for our looks. Imaan had purchased the cutest striped palazzo pants from H&M and of course I needed to bring in some stripes somehow into my outfit. To do this, I decided to wear a simple neck scarf so that both of our looks could tie in better together. We both bought this gorgeous cross-body bag from Tory Burch together so of course we had to put it into this post as well.

Since Fall is coming up very soon, which we are all excited about. We wanted to have our outfits to easily transition into the new season. I hope that this helps you all find some cute ideas of what to wear with your friends for some special events you might have coming up!

Back to School

It is back to school season again (sadly) but we can all get excited about it by being able to do some back to school shopping! Today, I will be showing you two outfit ideas for the upcoming school year. I for one love dressing in some comfy clothes while heading to class, but when I want to look a bit nicer, these are some of the outfits I would choose to wear.

 For this first look, I decided to go for more of a street style by adding my Adidas sneakers. I love that these shoes can give an instant sporty and sheek look to any outfit. Tan is going to be a big color for this upcoming Fall Season! I love this loose and flowy shirt from Zara because it's comfortable and also super flowy.











For this second look, I decided to go for a more boho feel by adding a suede vest and a cute hat. You can always opt out the hat an just add some cute booties instead for fall or whatever else you'd like to add!

      Hot for Pink

      Over-sized tee shirts and dresses are always my go to pieces. They tend to hide any problem areas and are overall flattering on every body type. This beautiful hot pink dress that I am wearing is called the Rama dress from RAJU Official. This brand has the most beautiful dresses and although the items are a bit pricier, you cannot beat the quality and hand sewn designs that these women create. Their brand consists of modest friendly clothing for both casual and dressy occasions. I love this dress in particular because it can be worn both casually as well as dressed up. I decided to dress it up today by pairing some black skinny jeans underneath to give the look some texture. I also decided to wear some black heels and these gorgeous earrings from Claire's which were only about $14! To wear this dress casually, I would easily pair a long necklace and some sandals and you'd be good to go. I am a big supporter of small businesses and this is one place I will be shopping at again very soon!
